Appointments may be scheduled during routine business hours. Every initial visit requires a good bit of paper work before you may see a physician. You can expedite that process by completing the printable forms found on the Planning A Visit page and bringing them to the office with you the date of your visit. Please plan several hours for your visit. Your eyes will be dilated and for your safety we suggest someone to drive for you.
